About the property
Sumptuous villa located in a very quiet residential area beside Marbella, in Mijas-Costa, enjoying a splendid sight on the vegetation and on the Mediterranean sea.
There is a covered terrace, a swimming pool 8m X 4m surrounded of an arranged terrace, an external shower close to the swimming pool and a flowered garden.
On the ground floor, the villa has 2 bedrooms (2x2p) each one comprising its own bathroom, WC and terrace.
A big 80m2 living room with a 10 people table for eating with friends and family and also a lounge room with its chimney.
An American kitchen equipped with 4 vitro ceramic stoves, 1 traditional furnace, 1 microwave, 1 American refrigerator and a dishwasher.
In the basement, 1 bedroom for 2 people with its bathroom and WC, as well as a garage for 2 cars and a wash-house with lava linen. On the first floor, a large room of 25 m2 (1x2p) with its bathroom: shower bath tub - jacuzzi and also, a large terrace of 50m2, with amazing sea views.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol
Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.
The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
Owner's Tips...
Famous for it's year round sunshine and wonderful beaches, one could be forgiven for thinking this is all the Costa del Sol has to offer. Whilst these facts are the main draw for the area, there is much more on offer visitors and one can escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life in many different ways.
Also known affectionately as the Costa del Golf, the wonderful year round weather allows golfers to play a large number of excellent courses with the sun on their backs pretty much all year. With over 30 top quality golf courses within 45 minutes drive of just about anywhere in the region, you can be assured of finding something to suit you, whatever your ability.
In addition to these activities there are some fantastic day trips to be had if you wish to experience some of the culture of the region. Why not visit the historical city of Cordoba with it's Moorish architecture, the wine producing city of Jerez (even taking a guided tour of the many "bodegas", complete with wine tasting) or Gibralter, famous for its primate population which can be both captivating and mischievous.
Those of you with spare energy to burn will find a wealth of high octane adventure sports available from the traditional and expected water sports through to caving, sky diving, para-gliding, climbing, hill walking and off road 4x4 driving.
