About the property

Very tastefully furnished villas, 4 minutes walk apart, sharing the large private pool. Villa Fortuna is set in own grounds, with large private pool (8mx4m) and lovely established plants. 20 minutes walk to the spa hotel and club house. Villa Clasico is 4 minutes walk around the corner.

Villa Fortuna benefits from 2 double bedrooms, one twin, and a fully fitted kitchen with solid wooden surfaces and built in appliances. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans, private pool, beautiful wooden patio furniture and lovely refitted Ikea integrated kitchen.

Villa Clasico benefits from 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, roof top solarium and enclosed rear courtyard.

A travel cot and booster seat are available, as well as a toy box full of childrens toys. There is a also a child gate that you can put on the terrace of Villa Fortuna to prevent toddlers going down to the pool area.

We have included the little things that we like, for example: feather duvets, stainless steel cutlery.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 12 people sharing.

1 June - 14 July	£750 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
15 July - 5 Sept	£850 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 Sept	£750 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£300 booking deposit, with the balance payable 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £150 security deposit will be required.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Murcia, Costa Calida

Situated some 20 minutes drive off the coast, Murcia is a beautiful Spanish city, largely unaffected by tourism, so if you’re looking to discover the real Spain as opposed to tourism Spain, this would be a great place to stay. Murcia is an endearing city, where the sun reflects off the beautiful architecture and the locals are well known for the wine they produce.

Evenings can be spent in one of the many tapas bars, although there is a wide range of restaurants to choose from if you fancy a full candlelit meal.

18 hole golf course and driving range, restaurant and bar (20 mins walk).

Hotel with restaurant, bar, cafe, health spa and hair dressers (20 mins walk)

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge). Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants, including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros, Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.

Espana National Park Puerto de Mazarron & many beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida within a 15 minute drive.

Murica and Alicante airport, 50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins. Serviced by low cost airlines, transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday.
