About the property
New 2 bedroom apartment furnished to a high standard. Close to the lovely port of Cabopino and the Santa Maria golf course you can enjoy all that Marbella has to offer at competitive prices.
The apartment sleeps 4-6 and is ideal for families, friends or golfers. There are 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. The first bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower and bidet, and the second has a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd has 2 single beds and there is a double sofabed in the lounge. All bed linen, towels supplied, towels not for beach use so please bring own supply.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all utensils for full self catering. Airconditioning,fans and heating system. Private underground car parking. Pools for children with lifeguards in summer months. TV, radio. Patio area with table and chairs and garden area for more sunbathing. Lots to do day and night. Great security at this development with security guards on patrole. Easy drive to theme parks, beaches etc.

Owner's Tips...
From the apartment the town of Marbella is just a 10 minute drive in one direction and the lovely port of Cabopino with bars and restaurants is less than 5 minute drive in the other. This is a delightful Marina with beautiful beaches. rated the best on the Costa, ideal for families and children.
The apartment has views of Cabopino golf course and the beautiful Santa Maria Golf Course and club house is only a short 5 minute drive from the apartment. An easy drive from the apartment will take you to Tivoli World theme park ( 25 min.) and water parks watersports, horse riding, shopping are all just 10-15 minutes away. Beach or lakeside relaxation is possible most of the year to make a great winter or summer sun break.Marbella is an excellent place for visitors who are interested in seeing old buildings and historic sites.The main area to see historic buildings is Orange Square, located in the center of old town Marbella, which includes three historic buildings along with old-architecture houses which are worth checking out.
An easy drive will take you to some old spanish villages such as Monda, Ojen for a different day out
