About the property

Situated near the Paradise Park and Beverly Hills, the Chipeque complex has just gone through a transformation. Previously only available through tour operators, this small complex is now all privately owned. Our apartments offer comfortable accommodation ideal for couples just wanting to chill out around the pool. Ideal for holiday rental accommodation in South Tenerife

Our 2 apartments are within the complex and face the pool. Both come fully equipped for self catering and have a balcony with a patio set.

Chipeque has a lovely pool bar which serves lovely snacks as well as drinks!

The complex is small and friendly with a lovely pool and there are ample sunloungers along with sunpads provided. (These are free)

Each apartment has a bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and dressing table with hairdryer. Each bathroom has a full bath with shower over, toilet and sink with mirror.

The kitchen area has a microwave, kettle, toaster, two ring hob and kitchen utensils and crockery.

A TV which receives the complex satelitte channels including Sky News and a DVD are provided. The channlels are Sky News - True Movies - True Movies 2 - Reality Zone - Music Channel - Life TV.

All the apartments have a balcony with a patio set.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

1 July 2008 - 19 December 2008	£199 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Please add 25% extra for Xmas and New Year. Minimum of two weeks at Xmas and New Year.

Payment terms, 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted. Credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

About Los Cristianos, Tenerife

A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.

Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.

Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.

Owner's Tips...

There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away.

The new Passaralla Centre is just a stones throw and within this vincinity one has a Spar, lots of restaurants from Mexican through to Italian. This area has seen a lot of changes for the better with quality eating places and coffee bars all at reasonable prices.
