This delightful detached villa is situated in a quiet, sought after headland above the picturesque Old Town of Puerto del Carmen with its good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The old town has its own sandy cove or you will find the long sandy beaches of the resort a short distance away.

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 and comprises a nicely furnished semi circular lounge with comfortable seating, music system, satellite TV (limited channels), dining table and chairs, patio doors to pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, small utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board. 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. 1 twin bedroom; a family bathroom; 2 shower rooms; second lounge area with sofa, table and chairs.

Outside covered and open terraces give access to a 7m x 4m solar heated swimming pool, with separate children’s section, a poolside shower, a brick built BBQ and mature gardens. Patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided.

Maid service is provided twice weekly.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
