About the property
This is a superior quality apartment, close to the centre of Los Gigantes village, which has been recently renovated. It is located in one of the few complexes which have a level walk into the village centre. With only a few steps up to the apartment itself. The terrace has direct views of the leisure centre & three tennis courts opposite and a superb view over the rooftops of the village out to sea. It is a stones throw from the many restaurants of all taste and budget within the village and all other amenities. There is a high class supermarket less than 200 yards away that will deliver groceries over 20 euro spend for your convenience.
It has two bedrooms one twin & one double both with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, there are two bathrooms, one bath with shower over and one shower room with bidet, clean linen and towels are provided weekly. (But you may have more for extra charge)
You must provide your own beach towels though or hire them locally from our manageress.
The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has a microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, ceramic hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer and a full selection of crockery and utensils.
There is a pleasant open plan lounge area with TV and DVD player along with Sky satellite (free view channels) TV, a speaker system for your MP3 player, radio and a selection of books and games, this opens through patio doors onto the terrace, which makes a superb extended living space especially when using the large blind. There is also a safe for your valuables, an iron and board and two hairdryers.
The apartment has a large sun terrace which has full sun from early in the day and a large pull out sun blind in case its gets too hot! There are sunbeds and a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, whilst taking in the view over the village and out to sea and La Gomera, ideal for people watching! The washing machine is also housed here.
The complex has its own swimming pool for guests use and guests can also benefit from membership of the Holiday Leisure Centre opposite which is a few euros a day, with its heated pool, grassy lawns, tennis courts, crazy golf and restaurant and snack bar, the sangria is most recommended!
There is a small rear terrace which remains cool and the barbecue is located there for use either there on on the front terrace.
There is a pay as you go spanish mobile phone available for your use. We will be able to supply the number to you before you leave so that you may use it for incoming calls, making great savings on using your UK mobile.
In addition there is access to a wifi service for your computer - please contact us for subscription details.
We have English/Spanish speaking staff on hand in resort in the event of problem.
We can advise you or arrange a competitive airport transfer service which will meet you at any flight arrival time its comfortable to know there will be someone waiting for you with your name on a board following your journey and you haven't got to fight your way through a taxi queue! We have a negotiated discounted car hire for you to explore the island. We are able to arrange welcome food packs with or without wine for late arrivals and special touches for occasions such as flowers, bubbly, cakes etc.
Laundry service can be arranged although there is a washing machine and drying area.
We can also arrange hire of extra items such as cots, high chairs, buggys etc.
We are also able to source nearby and neighbouring apartments for larger parties, or in the event we are full.
Please check our availability calender on this or our own web site via the "How to Book" page and confirm with us personally before making travel arrangements as availability is constantly changing and we would hate for you to be disappointed. Please be aware that half term and Xmas and New Year is extremely sought after.

About Los Gigantes, Tenerife
The sheer cliffs of “The Giants” attract scores of visitors every year and the views are some of the most spectacular on the island. This area remains one of the few calmer holiday destinations, which is quite rare on Tenerife. However the town of Puerto de Santiago, which lies South of Los Gigantes is more developed and relies heavily upon tourism.
Owner's Tips...
The apartment is ideally placed for all amenities within the village and is close to bars, shops and restaurants.
The church square in the village centre is a focal point and there are several restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere. Its is also close to the local bus stop which is an excellent and cheap service. The marina, the focal point of the village is a short walk away, from where you can take boat trips to watch the pilot whales and dolphins and there is an excellent scuba diving centre. Car Hire is not essential. You will find a visitors book in the apartment with helpful hints for guests and a selction of maps and brochures for local attractions and eating places. The taxi service from the village is also excellent and there are many excursions available. For walkers there are hiking trips to Masca.
