About the property

Welcome to our beautiful detached modern 2 bedroom villa situated on the luxury Polaris World resort La Torre, which boasts an 18 hole Nicklaus design golf course, the villa is just 5 minutes walk from the 1st tee!

The resort is situated in the Costa Calida "Warm Coast" region of spain, which enjoys sunshine all year round. The resort itself is a gated community with 24hr security, making it the perfect location for the whole family. Ideally located only 15 minutes from Murcia Airport & 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.

The villa has been furnished to a high standard and has a modern feel throughout. The living accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room complete with plasma TV. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with all the modern appliances, including dishwasher & washing machine. Prices include linen & towels (not pool towels).

The living area is all situated on the ground floor and there is a spacious roof terrace, so you can enjoy the beautiful spanish sun all day long! The patio doors from the lounge lead onto the garden & patio area with table & chairs which is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.

During your holiday as a resident at La Torre you will have your choice of any of the 15 communal swimming pools and various sporting facilities including tennis courts. You will also find many childrens play areas throughout the resort which are ideal for young families.

For all you golfers as a resident at the villa you will have guests rights to play any of the other Polaris World Golf Courses in the area as part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail. Currently this applies to Mar Menor, El Valle & Hacienda Riquelme which is due to open later this year, all these courses are within a 15 minute drive. As a additional service we can also arrange your tee times for you, please contact owner for details.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

An additional £50 charge is payable with balance for departure clean. £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to travel.

Owner's Tips...

There are also many other golf courses in the region, including La Manga Club (3 courses), Roda, Serena, Mosa Trajectum & La Finca. I am a keen golfer myself so please feel free to contact me if you need any further details.

If you choose not to have car during your holiday, the resort provide a free shuttle bus service which will collect and return you to each resort.

The nearby town of Los Alcazares (10 mins) is a great place for beaches & restaurants a few of our favourites are RUN (Asian/Thai), La Diva (International cuisine), Penny Farthing (Great English Breakfast) both are located in the main pedestrianised square area.

The historic cities of Murcia & Cartagena are within easy reach by car, both cities are very good for shopping.

About a 30 minutes drive is the traditional fishing village of Cado de Palos, the restaurants around the harbour are well worth a visit, especially for those who like their fish & seafood !!

You will find the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are just a 10 minute drive away, the beaches stretch for miles and the still waters are ideal for children, and for those who enjoy walking the promenade along the beaches is great.
