Apartment is situated on the popular well maintained aparthotel, Santa Maria, which offers a good range of facilities and a central location. Situated in the Torviscas area of Playa De Las Americas only 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

On the complex guests can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pool with children's section, ample sunbathing terraces, poolside bar, restaurant, lounge bar, games room, and tennis courts (payable locally), there is also entertainment.

This apartment is on the ground floor with views of the ocean from the sunny terrace as well as pool views. It has 2 single beds in the sleeping area, sofa, soft chair and TV in the living area. There is also a dining area and the kitchenette features an oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. The apartment also has ceiling fans and patio furniture is provided on the terrace.

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.
