A luxury detached villa with private swimming pool , heated in the winter months from the 1st october to the 30th of April and which has been renovated to a very high standard with large sunny terraces and just minutes walk to resort centre ! but situated in a lovely residential area close to the sea. The terraces get the sun all day ! The villa is just 25 minutes from Reina Sofia airport in the south of Tenerife. Changeover days are flexible including Saturdays. The new Siam Water Park is in Adeje where this villa is situated just 10 minutes drive away!
A new spa resort offering massage, treatments, full spa facilities, etc just opened in the resort !
Sleeping 6 persons and comprising of 3 bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space in all the bedrooms modern decor and furniture. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and is ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds. 2 bathrooms master bedroom en-suite and shower room with enclosed shower cubicle.
This beautiful villa has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard and has washing machine, satellite TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 plus 2 film channels and a DVD with plenty of DVD's to view plus childrens DVD's there is also a hi-fi system with a large selection of CD's to listen to and plenty of books to read.
The newly fitted kitchen includes all granite work tops, granite breakfast bar and stools, halogen hob, full electric oven, chimney cooker hood extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, iron and ironing board, coffeemaker, microwave etc.
There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge to keep you cool. The villa is serviced by 2 electric boilers giving plenty of hot water for your holiday. There is a smoke alarm also fitted in the villa .
There are high walls around the property and intercom on the large entrance gate for privacy, security shutters on all windows and patio doors for added security and keeping the villa cool in the height of summer. There are electric lamps at 5 points around the villa and one on the entrance gate for when you return from your evenings out and the walkways leading to the villa have plenty of street lamps. The villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on around it.
The outside terraces have adequate patio tables and chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of space for sunbathing on the 6 sunbeds with parasols. Maid service, towels and linen are included in the price and provided weekly. The management company office is just along the road from the villa they can deal with any problems that may arise they can also offer car hire, excursions etc. In the villa there are management books detailing the local area places and restaurants to visit and details of all the facilities in the villa for a fantastic holiday!

Pool heating is included in our prices from 1st October to 30th April .
£100 deposit per week booking is required and the balance is payable 8 weeks before travel. For bookings outside the UK payment can be made into a euro bank account please ask for conversion. We give good discounts for long stays !!!
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
Shops, banks, pharmacy, doctor, internet cafe's bars and restaurants are all just minutes walking distance of the villa.
From this villa 3 major golf courses can be reached by car. Abama Golf Compex distance 4km, Golf Costa Adeje , this golf course is only a 5 minute drive ! Golf Las Americas distance 9 km.
Please contact our management company for further information . The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are only a 10 minute drive.
There is also an excellent bus service from the resort to neighbouring resorts and beaches like Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Playa Paraisio, La Caleta, Torviscus and Fanabe. Car hire is not essential but good if you want to explore the island. Did you know that Callao Salvaje is reported to be the sunniest point of Tenerife!
Just around the corner from the villa there is patisserie selling fresh bread and pastries daily.

“My husband & I had our 1st child free holiday for 22 years here !!!!!!! We wanted a clean, private & quiet villa..... We got it !!!!!!!!!!!! We were both so pleased with it.
The villa was spotlessly clean througout & had everything we needed. The best villa we've stayed in for sure. Crisp white beding & white fluffy towels........
The private pool is just that "private" & again kept very clean.
There are some great bars/restaurants near by "Casa Maria" is well worth a visit.
When we next visit Tenerife we would definatley book this villa again.
The one lessson we have learnt though is not to have a evening flight, having to leave the villa at 10am & spend the day with our luggage..........worth bearing in mind.
But I would'nt hesitate in recommending this villa to my friends & family.”

“This Villa is to a very high standard, everything you need is provided.The Villa is spacious, immaculately clean and in a very quite residential area, the pool area is very private. Within walking distance Supermarket,Shops and Restaurants. We stayed there during the ban on all flights due to the ash cloud and we must say the owners and the staff managing this Villa where 1st class with the level of help they provided for our family. The owners kept in constant touch with us about the situation and even offered us free accommodation if we got stuck.
We would fully recommend this Villa not just for the very high standard of accommodation but also for the reassurance of the professional and caring management of this Villa to make sure your holiday is perfect.

“The villa was of a very high standard, very spacious and well equipped. It provided us with a perfect base for local excursions, as well as a relax by the pool. There was everything we needed for our holiday - shady spaces on the terraces for the midday sun, comfy loungers for enjoyhng the early morning, afternoon and evening sun - beautiful! Proximity to the local amenities also meant that we had everything on our doorstep in terms of shops and restaurants.”
