About the property

Place to relax with sights to the sea and to landscaped zones.
Apartment of 90m with terrace of 12m, divided in an extensive lounge with satelite television of 32", two rooms for 4 people, american kitchen and an ample bath.

The lovely resort has interior zones with many plants, trees and flowers, in addition it has a swimming pool with sights to the Atlantic Ocean and to La Gomera island.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

January, July, August and December	£360 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
February, March, September, October and November	£260 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April, May and June	£180 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

The check-in and check-out is flexible.

Bookings are secured with a deposit of £60. The deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the payment will be when you arrive at apartment. We accept transfer banking or credit card using PayPal.com

Owner's Tips...

As much "Los Gigantes" and "Playa La Arena" are two famous black sand beaches and both are approximately to 10/15 minutes walking. To the "Playa La Arena" has granted again the Blue Flag by their cleaning. In "Los Gigantes" you can boats trips seeing dolphins and whales.

In Puerto Santiago has just opened a new public sport complex, with 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium totally equipped etc. Also there is an area of games for the children.
But If you like to play golf, on 2003 was opened a golf course (designed by Severiano Ballesteros) in the Abama Hotel only 10 minutes drive.

The supermarkets, restaurants, banks, bus-stops etc. are very next. There are some bars and restaurants of differents nationalities like germans, english, italian and of course eaten typical canary, where you can pass a pleasant dinner.

In Tenerife there are many places to visit around the island, including the Cliff of Los Gigantes, the Precipice of Masca, the highest mountain of Spain: The Teide, the Loro Park, etc.
