Las Palmeras is located on its own plot at Faro Park. The villa is decorated to a very high standard and is perfect for your self catering holiday.
The Faro Park villas feature 2 bedrooms, 1 double ensuite, 1 twin with separate shower/bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The spacious living room features a TV, stereo and comfortable furnishings. The living room leads out onto a large terrace, which also has a covered dining area. This villa offers its own private heated pool.
Faro Park is new development located near to the lighthouse and the proposed golf course to the west of Playa Blanca village. It is situated approx. 3 km from the village centre, so car hire is definitely required. The Faro Park complex also features a communal pool and sun terrace area.
A selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. The surrounding coastline is littered with rock pools and caves and is a fabulous area to explore. The nearest beach at Calimeira Hotel is approx 1 kilometre away. If you are looking for quality accomodation and are going to hire a car, then Faro Park is an excellent choice.
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change mid way through your stay. A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
