Villa Las Palmeras is a detached villa set in a spacious plot, just 200 metres to the shimmering Atlantic! The villa is decorated to a very high standard and is perfect for your self catering holiday.

This villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 double ensuite, 1 twin with separate shower/bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The spacious living room features a TV, stereo and comfortable furnishings. The living room leads out onto a large terrace, which also has a covered dining area. This villa offers its own superb private heated pool, set amongst manicured gardens.

This villa is located on a peaceful and quiet residential development located near to the lighthouse and the soon to be completed golf course to the west of Playa Blanca village. It is situated approx. 3 km from the village centre, so car hire is definitely required. Additionally the complex also features a communal pool and sun terrace area.

A selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. The surrounding coastline is littered with rock pools and caves and is a fabulous area to explore. The nearest beach at Calimeira Hotel is approx 1 kilometre away. If you are looking for quality accommodation and are going to hire a car, then this villa is an excellent choice.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including a sheet and towel change weekly. A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
