About the property

Our holiday home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, on 2 levels, with a large roof terrace and good sea views.

Available for holiday rental with 2 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people, or rent the upper level only with 1 bedroom, sleeping 4 people(Using the sofa-bed in the living room).

The upper level consists of a living room with American kitchen, separate dining room, one bedroom (Bedroom 1) and bathroom. The lower level has seperate access via the garage with a large bedroom with en-suite shower room (Bedroom 2).

Outside are the roof terrace, accessed from the upper level, and a small private garden.

Just across the road is a large gated swimming pool with private key access.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

About Benitachell, Costa Blanca

Situated some 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea, Benitachell offers a fantastic location. Visitors staying around this part of the Costa Blanca can benefit greatly from the attractions and activities closeby. Golf fans are well catered for as the local course is in the area, however a car is recommended so you can explore the delights of Northern Costa Blanca.
