Four bedroom modern house with sea views which sleeps nine plus a baby. The property has two bathrooms, one en-suite and two cloakrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Nicely furnished with log burning fire to living room. Good sized terrace leading off the living room, plus roof terrace and balcony from master bedroom. Communal swimming pool. Satellite TV/DVD player.

Owner's Tips...
The house is situated within easy walking distance of the the beach and a pretty harbour which still operates as a working fishing port as well as having many berths for pleasure craft.
There is an eighteen hole golf course within 5 minutes of the property and other golf courses within easy driving distance.
There are several reasonably priced restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and a Michelin recommended establishment which is well worth a visit and costs no more than an average night out at a restaurant in the UK.
The famous Nerja caves and the less famous but equally interesting Rincon caves are only a few kilometres away. Granada and the Apujurras are easily accessible. There is plenty of nightlife in Torre del Mar and Nerja.
