2 bed townhouse situated on a prestigious gated complex with superb facilities, ranging from bike tracks, tennis courts and it's very own private beach.

1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Open living area and dining with seating for 4 and a double sofa bed, satelite TV and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Shared swimming pool 20 metres! Patio, balcony and BBQ area. All linen and towels included except beach towels.

Underground parking space.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

6 - 30 Sept	£425 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April, May and Oct	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
15 July - 5 Sept	£475 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

£150 refundable security deposit is required, which will be refunded within one week of return subject to any damage.

Passport numbers of all persons travelling will be required.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

About Roda golf resort

This luxury first-class golf resort - De Vere 5* hotel, spa and private beach club is situated between the clear waters of the Mar Menor and the nearby village of Roda. All the properties are set around a fantastic 18-hole par 72-hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas and supported by Sam Torrance. Facilities include a 5 star hotel and spa (completion 2008), private beach club, restaurants, bars, shops, cycle trails, tennis courts etc.

Roda golf & beach resort presents an authentic beach club in the Manga Mar Menor. The 4.600 m2 site is located in the Manga Mar Menor, in it is an independent building, 600 m2 in size which, after restoration will boast catering facilities, water sports, swimming pools, solariums, and of course, the sea.

There is a private beach club (see photos), with a courtesy bus taking your a 5 minute ride to the beach, where you catch a boat to the beach club. The courtesy bus runs a few time a day (seasonal).

5 minutes drive to Murcia airport. 15/20 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants on site.
