About the property

This very tastefully furnished detached 3 bedroom villa, with private pool, superb views over the golf course, and top quality furnishings, is sure to make your stay a very pleasurable one. This villa has been designed with attention to detail, with those little characteristics such as internal oak beams, and breath taking high ceilings being just some of its lovely features.

Fully furnished for 8 persons, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Solarium leading from upper floor bedroom, Porcelain sanitary ware. Towels and bed linen included. Fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge, as well as ceiling fans. Open planned sitting room and dining room 6 dining chairs with double sofa bed. Fully integrated kitchen.

Large private pool 9 x 4m, 6 sun loungers, 10 garden chairs table and parasol and BBQ.

The upper ensuite bedroom is a mezzaine level, with a small private balcony viewing over the golf course.

2 minutes walk to the communal pools. Walking distance to the golf club house and restaurant (15/20 minutes).

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

Xmas and New Year and Easter	£500 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

£150 refundable security deposit is required, which will be refunded within one week of return subject to any damage.

Passport numbers of all persons travelling will be required.

About Algorfa, Costa Blanca

Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante airport, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with many new courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.

Owner's Tips...

La Finca Golf Resort, surrounded by orange groves, is located close to the towns of Algorfa (3/4 minutes drive), Quesada (10 minutes drive) and Orihuela. The pretty little town of Algorfa, is very Spanish and quaint, hosting typical Spanish restaurants and tapas bar. The blue flag beach at Guadamar is just 15 minutes drive.

Murcia Airport and Alicante Airport = 35 minutes. There are also two water parks within 15 minutes drive, offering entertainment and fun for all the family. La Finca Golf Resort hosts many onsite facilities, including communal pools, golf club house and restaurant and bars, driving range..
