Our apartment can give you the peace and quiet you need to chill out and relax, it comes with all mod cons a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, halogen hob, iron, LCD TV with BBC1 and 2 ITV, Channel 4 and 5. It includes a video, DVD, CD player, radio, microwave, and a host of films and books for your relaxation. Also has great views of the pool and sea from the balcony and also great views of the mountains from the back.
The pool is one of the most peaceful pools in Tenerife, it also boasts clean and green gardens surrounding the pool, a tennis court is an additional feature for the energetic. The complex is on the level with no hills to climb to and from the beach ideal for the elderly and those with mobility problems.

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.
Tenerife is a family orientated holiday with the many places to visit. Nature parks, aqua parks and not to miss the Loro Park in Puerto Del Cruz. There are many reasonably priced trips so you will never get bored.
On the many beaches in Tenerife there are water sports for everybody or you can just relax and chill out the beaches are patrolled by life guards so you can feel quite safe whilst you enjoy the surf.

“stayed here for the first time in December a bit noisy for 3 days as the pool was being refurbished ( will look great when complete) a very quiet mostly residential block of Apartments. in a perfect area for any holiday. would recommend this Apartment as I had the sun on balcony from 0900 - 1800 and all mod cons. the only thing I would recommend the owners is for peace of mind put a safe in. ( although it is manned 24hrs at reception and I did not have any problems. there is always that little doubt..but still I would most definately return to this Apartment. can recommend. carriages down the road and the Travelers rest down the road turn right. both very friendly bars.”

“stayed in november 2009 yes work was being done on the pool but it did not spoil our holiday third time we have satyed there and will definatly go again the veranda has some great views and i am sure the pool area will look great again”

“This was an experience we would not like anyone else to endure.We were told some work was being done at the pool and it was closed just days before we arrived.In fact it was a building site,drilling machinery and compressers started at 9 till 6.Pure torture.This goes on till 20th Dec.If things were different it could be fine.So very hard to rate it”
Owner's response: a very unfare review. these clients were told about the new and improved pool being built and had the opportunity to cancel with us. (and would have received a refund ) as you can see from the reviews below we have had many clients who really enjoyed there stay. it is an unfortunate fact of life that improvements have to be done sometime and this has made the pool a better and safer place for our clients i did not hide the fact that this was being done I DID INFORM THEM. Ignore this and read reviews from people who did enjoy the apartment. all work will be finished be dec 2009
