This as a comfortable second floor apartment with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with fully fitted wardrobes. Leading off the lounge is a terrace with dining table and sun loungers. The lounge also has a double bed settee for extra guests. We also provide all bed linen and towels (apart from beach/pool towels). It has all the facilities you will need for a relaxing self catering holiday.
There is a sky digibox in the apartment with british freeview.
The apartment is very close to our local golf course and within a short driving distance of Valle d'est and Desert Springs golf course.
Almeria is the nearest airport, and takes 45-50 minutes to drive to our apartment. Mapquest gives the following mileage and approx. driving times from other airports. Murcia - 115 miles, 2 hours. Alicante - 131 miles, 2 hours. Malaga - 225 miles, 3 1/2 hours.

We can only accept card payments via Paypal. We also accept payment by Sterling cheques and bank transfer.
Please note that there is a 60€ charge per let (not per week) for laundry and cleaning at the end of the let. The keyholder also charges 15€ for arrivals after 8pm.
We can be flexible with regard to changeover times.
We offer discounts for long lets.
Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.
Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.
Mojacar holiday accommodation is readily available to suit all budgets and party sizes. Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Most Mojacar properties are available all year round and some offer long lets during winter months.
The apartment is situated between Garrucha which is a fishing port and has plenty of seafood restaurants, and Mojacar Playa which is where you will find lots of restaurants catering from Spanish to Thai (a favourite of ours). There are also beach bars situated along the beach in Mojacar Playa.
A short drive away is also Mojacar Pueblo, which is an old town built into the side of a mountain. As well as golf, some of the other activities in the area include go karting, Fort Bravo cinema studios, the Sorbas caves, an aquatic park, scuba diving and of course Spanish markets.

“We found this apartment very clean and extremely well equipped. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the external blinds kept the apartment cool during the hot days. There are many steps down to the pool areas (2) so not recommended for those with walking difficulties. Overall a very good apartment and we would not hesitate in using it again.”
