About the property
Villa Malvasia is a newly built property in the popular location of Montana Roja. It is twinned with Villa Lima next door to create one large property.
Inside there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 being en-suite. All the bedrooms have twin beds, however they are designed to be put together to make king size beds if required.
The 2 lounges have comfortable leather sofas and 2 large dining areas. The villa also has two wide screen LCD TV on which you can watch separate channels great for the adults and children alike. The channels are via satellite and have plenty of English speaking channels. There are also 2 DVD players (DVD's not supplied).
The 2 kitchens are of modern design with solid marble tops and have all the facilities you would expect of a brand new property - including a dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ovens, ceramic hobs, kettles, toasters, cutlery, crockery, and glasses etc.
Unique to this is villa is a very private roof terrace. This terrace provides complete privacy for all day sunbathing and fantastic panoramic views of the ocean, Fuerteventura and the Femes Volcano range.
Outside there is an upper and lower terrace to both sides. The upper terraces have attractive railings and are gated, making it perfect for families with small children, and terrific places to sit in the evening on one long table for the BBQ. On the lower terraces you have 2 large heated pools with roman steps and 2 very large private sun terraces, on which each as traditional Spanish BBQ's built.
It's within a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the bars. It's ideal for families or groups of friends as it offers a peaceful location, but with easy access to all the life Playa Blanca has to offer.

Rates shown are for 6 persons: Please add £100 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 10 adults and 2 child in total.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guests holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
