Owner's Tips...

Only a few minutes walk is the Villamartin Plaza which hosts approximately twenty international restaurants & bars. There are supermarkets, pharmacy, banks etc all around the Plaza.

The apartments are 10 minuts from La Zenia beach and are within 5 minutes of 3 top class golf courses. Transfer time from Murcia airport is 20 minutes, Alicante is 45 minutes.
