About the property

This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet close to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions.

The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and has many special features. There is a heated private pool, games room with pool table, jacuzzi, secluded roof top solarium, BBQ, large comfortable living areas and patios and terraces with either sun or shade. The villa will easily sleep up to 14, but for most privacy a maximum of 8 adults is preferable.

The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and bustling yacht marina, and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet when wanted. The road is purely residential and on a level walk to shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

The rooms are light and spacious. There are five bedroom and three bathrooms. The master suite bathroom has a large jacuzzi and a secluded roof top solarium leading from the bedroom. The other bedrooms provide a choice of sleeping arrangements, either twins, double or bunk beds.

The games room has a selection of games and most popular, a pool table. An enjoyable way to pass the evenings with family and friends! Or you can watch satellite TV, a DVD or listen to the hi-fi in the lounge, which is 45sqm and has French doors opening to a 40ft terrace overlooking the Roman style swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..

The gardens around the pool have plenty space for sun loungers and the courtyard is the perfect place to barbecue your evening meal or enjoy a game of table tennis!

About Benalmadena, Costa del Sol

Benalmadena is divided into three areas. Benalmadena Pueblo, a beautiful Andalucian village with narrow streets of whitewashed houses with flowers covering the balconies. Arroyo de la Miel, a small but modern and fashionable town of shops and businesses popular with tourists. Benalmadena Costa, with a 9km long beach and a 2km long promenade.

The beautiful Puerto Marina with over 1000 moorings has twice been awarded Best Marina in the World. It has a new shopping centre plus 200 shops, bars and restaurants and also a shipyard, sailing school, diving school, nautical school and a Sea Life Centre.

Parque de la Paloma features a large lake with a fountain and waterfall with ducks, swans and other water fowl and landscaped gardens with enclosures for a variety of animals and birds. Rabbits and other wildlife roam free. The large Cactus Garden displays cacti from all over the world.

If it's culture you are after, Castile Bil Bil is an amazing Arabic building with a series of fountains outside, which houses exhibitions and concerts hosted by the Town Hall. Benalmadena Auditorium was opened in 2003 with a recital by Jose Carerras. Many famous people have played here and the open air concerts are not to be missed. Casa de la Cultura has exhibitions and concerts throughout the year.

There is a thriving nightlife for younger people or choose to go to the 5* Torrequebrada Hotel which houses the resort's only casino and a spectacular cabaret show.

With Tivoli World, open air markets, the cable car, the Dolphinarium and many other attractions, Benalmadena has something for everyone, be it old or young!

Owner's Tips...

Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local activities such as the Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.

Within a very close distance is the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa and we can help with your arrangements if you like. There are excellent courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.
