About Montanar Garden Villa

Linked villa on three levels, with direct access to pool and gardens. Air conditioning and heating. Only 500 metres from sandy beach. Sleeps 5 to 6 people.

A modern three bedroom ‘town house’ with two bathrooms and a cloakroom, direct access from the house to the pool and garden, and air conditioning. The house is situated in a small complex called Casas de Montanar II, just a few minutes walk from a natural, rocky beach and the Arenal, Javea’s beautiful sandy beach. On the ground floor, from front to back, there is a south-facing patio looking straight onto the pool and garden, and leading into the living room with lounge and dining areas. At the rear is the kitchen with door to rear garden, a bedroom and a cloakroom. A stairway leads from the living room to the first floor, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Stairs then lead to a large open floor area and front and rear roof terraces. Here there is a sofa bed for a sixth person.

The key attractions of this comfortable town house are the spacious accommodation, the choice of outside places for relaxing and dining, the air conditioning, and its proximity to the sea and the many amenities on and around the Arenal.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

Owner's Tips

The Arenal sandy beach, with its shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightlife, is very close by. The Port with its waterfront and working harbour, and also the historic old town of Jávea are about 3 km away. There is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.

“A lovely spacious apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything that you need. All the bedrooms were of a good size with plenty of storage space for your clothes. The patio is right in front of the pool so you can watch the children swim. Nice grassed pool area and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Would definately go back again.”
