About the property

This is a luxurious ground floor 2 bedroom (will sleep 6), self catering, frontline golf apartment with its own garden and terrace adjacent to the beautiful 2nd green looking across the 2nd and 9th fairway to the magnificent clubhouse and town centre on this exclusive Polaris World resort. It also benefits from secure underground parking and 24hr security.

The golf course is designed by the world renouned Jack Nicklaus design, a brilliant test for all levels of golfer. You can also play any of the other Polaris World courses paying residents Green Fee rates.

The resort has many well planned gardens and open areas to enjoy and has good wheelchair access. There are many restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a variety of other shops within the towncentre, parts of which look over one of the many lakes on the resort.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning for the summer and central heating for those rare cooler nights, it has cable TV, DVD, hi fi. The rental includes all bed linen, 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person. There is also a large child friendly swimming pool with jacuzzi with another 4 pools within a 200m radius.

Owner's Tips...

For the golfer there is the Jack Nicklaus design 18 hole golf course, designed to test all levels of player, there are also a number of other courses in close proximity. If you are looking to improve or if you want to learn a professional golf coach can be arranged for any age or group size.

For the family there are 4 communal pools within 200m, tennis, restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.

Outside of the resort there are many wonderful beaches within a very easy car drive, the nearest being approx 10 mins away and they have a wide variety of bars, cafes and resuarants none of it spoilt by mass tourism.

For the more adventurous and energenic holiday maker there is the recently opened water park and nature park at Murcia approx 20 mins away. Within the area there is also scope for horse riding, walking, water sports and many other activities many of which can be booked at the resort.
