We now have several one bedroom bungalows on the ideally located 'Playa Park' Complex (close to the San Antonio Hotel.) All are quietly situated in tropical well maintained gardens, extremely near to the beach and Puerto Del Carmen's main attractions. There is roadside parking immediately outside and fantastic evening entertainment just a brief stroll away.
Car hire is not necessary as all of your holiday requirements are practically on your doorstep! These include, Beaches, bars, shops, doctors, park, car hire and the fantastic "Rancho Texas Theme Park". An ideal location with lovely accommodation suitable for all, with many guests returning year after year. As owners living on the island, we are here for you and are on hand to offer a good service, advice and information. All bungalows are located close to each other and some are side by side. Making them ideal to rent separately or together for larger families and groups.
You will feel very much at home in this spacious bungalow. It has a back bedroom with 2 large single beds and modern fitted mirrored wardrobes. A safe is installed for your valuables. The large and attractive shower room has a double sized walk in shower, perfect for rinsing the sand off your legs after a relaxing day at the beach. In the lounge is a large sofa bed with further sleeping facilities for 2 more guests. TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD player are installed.
The kitchen area with breakfast bar has all you need to make a snack for lunch before hitting the pool deck for the afternoon, all usual mod cons are installed along with ample plates, saucepans and utensils. Outside on the sunny terrace it is always a pleasure to sit on the comfortable padded sun chairs for breakfast and with the nearest supermarket just 2 minutes away, fresh rolls and juice are always available! Welcome packs of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and biscuits are complimentary on arrival.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
If you are looking for a low cost but very beautiful holiday accommodation, then you will not be disappointed. The bungalows are suitable for couples as well as families with children. This complex is quiet, friendly and peaceful, all properties are privately owned and some are kept solely for the owners personal use whilst others are available for year round rental. This means that sunbeds by the pool are readily available. Internet access is available in Playa Park apartments pool bar. Also, across the road is Las Adelfas, a superb family bar which serves cooked breakfasts, lunchtime snacks and evening meals all at competitive rates. A short walk of less than 10 minutes will take you into Puerto del Carmen, where you will find an array of superb restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a top class casino. No wonder guests come back year after year to enjoy the sunshine and friendliness that Lanzarote offers, we hope to welcome you soon.
Hi, I am Susan James. I am married, have 3 children (2 grown up) and live on the sunny island of Lanzarote. My husband, Paul, and I have been here for 7 years now and we also work on the island as entertainers. We have been managing our own and other peoples properties for 5 years now and have met some wonderful people many of whom have become repeat guests and in some cases great family friends. The all year round sunshine was a huge attraction for us as was the slower, relaxed pace of life. Lanzarote is well known for being spiritual and offers a peaceful and attractive landscape. There is much to see and do on the island and living here makes us easily available to you should you need our assistance whilst on your holiday.
We had our Villas Stephanie (and next door Villa Susanna) built when we first came to the island. We designed them as "home from home" so that you would immediately feel relaxed and settle into your well earned holiday break. They are situated on Los Calamares which is in Playa Blanca and is the closest residential community to the beach and town center. A sought after area due to its pretty and tranquil location. We are particularly pleased that we have a large 8 x 4 meter pool and that it is heated to be enjoyed every day of the year. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to prepare some of your own meals and the lounge is spacious enough for up to 8 guests to relax, watch TV and feel comfortable. The main bathroom is sizable with both a full sized bath and, like the en-suite shower room, has a walk in shower. Locally, there are a superb selection of restaurants and bars. My favourite area of Playa Blanca is the Rubicon Marina..the walk to.. the views.. and the eateries found there, as well as the Papagayo beaches, are well worth a visit!
We also own and manage several 1 bedroom bungalows in Puerto Del carmen and now (new for 2010) a 2 bedroom apartment in Tias, both of these locations are ideal for golfers, scuba divers and beach lovers.

“Stayed in 2008 September - missed out 2009 (Portugal and hated it) - going back in 2010 in June for a week and may see how I'm fixed to do another week at the end of August with grandkids. Lovely and peaceful but plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc. within a very close walking distance. Friendly complex and no rushing for the sunbeds - even at midday there are still plenty to have. Safe at night and I'm a woman who travels on my own. Never felt unsafe. Susan and Paul are friendly, but not intrusive. Always on hand if necessary. Love it, Love it, Love it.”

“This was a home from home experience for us. These bungalows are well maintained and have all you will need including a washing machine. Paul and Susan are very friendly. They will try their best to accomodate you in all that you need. The pool is kept clean and so too are the gardens surrounding the bungalows. Only a short walk away from the sea front where all the shops and eateries are. The front was nice and flat as we were glad as we had a buggy with us. Would highly recommend coming to Puerto Del Carmen and you will not regret staying at these lovely bungalows. We cant wait to come back again in July this year.”

“Not having been to Lanzarote before,we had to make decisions about rental property without prior knowledge,boy,did we strike lucky.We required a small house/apartment but bigger than a hotel room with separate facilities;being pensioners we did not want anywhere in the"young and lively"area but yet someplace where we had access to restaurants and stores without having to rent a car for the whole of our stay.If however,you want loud music,bars and a party atmosphere,I suggest you look elsewhere.
The bungalow complex is delightful,quiet,well-landscaped,clean and restful and each property seemed to be maintained to a high standard,we could not think of anything that we lacked to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Susan and Paul were helpful,friendly and professional without being intrusive.
We would certainly recommend this accommodation.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Playa Park. Susan and Paul were a great help organising the trip and arranging airport transfers. The accommodation was bright, clean, well-equipped and had all mod-cons including a washing machine! The resort itself is very well kept and clean. No problem at all getting poolside everyday and there was plenty of room. Accommodation was in a quiet area - and only 10 minutes or so walk to Puerto del Carmen. We would definitely stay again.”
