Situated in a very quiet position in Villa Martin close to back of Villa Martin golf course, this well maintained apartment is close to bank, supermarket and shops, golf and 10 minutes drive from beaches.
There is an apartment cleaning service and a welcome basket upon arrival. Car parking is no problem on the quiet cul de sac outside and the digital TV offers a choice of over 20 channels.
The urbanisation is very small and landscaped and boasts a very nice communal pool.
