About the property

Location, location, location is the most important factor in any decision to rent an apartment - and you won't be disappointed by the location of this luxury apartment. It is only 5 - 10 mins walk from several beaches and behind the famous "Cabo Roig strip ". This is a mile long stretch of family friendly bars and fabulous restaurants catering for every international cuisine you can imagine (also every bar serves fantasic pub food).The apartment is set in a quiet location away from the noise but only 2 mins from the luxury bars/restaurants (opposite Puccuni's Italian award winning restaurant) to guarantee an excellent holiday for every age group.

This luxury apartment is just a 10 minute drive from Torrevieja. It has got air-conditioning (extra cost of 50€ - approx £30, for remote control), free safe, free Sky TV with sports, news and movie channels and many more, CD/stereo player (over 100 cd's to enjoy, and audio books to enjoy while you sun bathe), DVD player and excellently furnished throughtout with a luxury fitted kitchen and all mod cons.

Owner's Tips...

3 excellent beaches, blue flag, safe and clean only 5 - 10 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is 200 metres from the sea.

Water park in Torrevieja 10 mins by bus or car. Go karts 20 mins walk away. Major theme park at Benidorm 1 1/2 hours by car (transfers can be arranged). Beautiful spa in the mountains 15 mins by car.

Two airports - Murcia, 20 mins by car, airport transfer 25€. Alicante 40 mins by car, airport transfer 45€.

30 - 40 qualitity bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk (ideal for families at night with entertainment at every bar) and every international cuisine you can imagine is available within 5 mins walk of the apartment.

There are several excellent award winning golf courses nearby. There are 4 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the apartment, golf course transfers can be arranged, as can airport pick-ups by my lovely English management company.
