This brand new and fully furnished holiday apartment is available for short and long term rentals throughout the year. The apartment is situated on La Manga del Mar Menor just 50 minutes from Murcia airport and 100 yards from the nearest beach.
With sea views from every window, the apartment features; one double and one twin room, all linen and towels, air conditioning/winter heating, south facing balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, fully fitted kitchen, satellite television with all English channels, DVD player, utility room, lift access and secure entry phone system, welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, bread etc.
The apartment also has access to a shared swimming pool, tennis courts and quality 9 hole pitch and putt golf.
Airport transfers available on request.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida
This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.
La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.
If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

In the beautiful province of Murcia on the Costa Calida, La Manga del Mar Menor peninsula stretches 24 km along the coast of the Mediterranean creating a stunning inland lake known for its therapeutic qualities.
Things to do
Whether your intention is to relax and soak up the sun on one of the many sandy white beaches, laze by the pool or enjoy a more active holiday, La Manga has it all; sailing ports, boat trips, sailing schools, diving, recreational centres, supermarkets, shops, bars, discos... everything you need for a complete holiday.
Near the apartment you will find plenty of bars and restaurants of both Spanish and International cuisine. A short bus or taxi ride will take you to the marina, the Sunday market at Cabo de Palos or the world renowned La Manga Sports Club.

Murcia is said to enjoy an average annual temperature of 18C, with a summer maximum of 40C and 11C in the cooler months of December and January.
