About the property

As featured on GMTV in February 2007 our villa stands in one of the sunniest areas in Tenerife. The large south facing terrace with ample sun loungers, reclining chairs leads onto the heated pool (Oct-May) with a BBQ area. A kiddies play area with wendy house, slide, etc are at the rear.

Internally there is an open plan kitchen, dining room with play station area, lounge with patio doors opening onto the terrace, downstairs cloaks. The downstairs bedroom is en-suite and has patio doors leading onto the pool. Upstairs there is a further 3 bedrooms, one contains a king size bed with a single bed bathroom en-suite, 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds, 3rd bedroom contains a double bed with bathroom en-suite. There is also a family bathroom. Down stairs we have a games room with table tennis, dart board and exercise equipment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 9 people sharing.

January 4th - December 21st	£1,050 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

A deposit of £500 per week is required with the balance paid upon arrival.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife

Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.

The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.

Owner's Tips...

In Callao Salvaje there are numerous restaurants and bars, one restaurant worth a visit is Casa Maria where the staff are friendly and the food is always good. 10 minutes ride away you are in Las Americas with all its nightlife and restaurants. 20 mins in the opposite direction and you are in Los Gigantes. A golf course is only 10minutes from your door step.
