About the property
Villa Bocaina is a privately owned, two bedroom villa with it's own garden and terraces. Our new villa is comfortably furnished offering a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your stay; it is fully equipped with everything you need for an easy and enjoyable self-catering holiday.
The lounge area opens onto the front garden and terrace, complete with quality teak outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy ‘el fresco’ dining or to simply sit and soak up the Canarian sun. It is equipped with a TV and DVD player, the later with both USB and card facility so that you can bring and enjoy your own music.
A fully fitted kitchen includes a ceramic hob, full size oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, toaster, kettle and a good range of cooking utensils and equipment.
From the double bedroom upstairs, with fully fitted wardrobes, you can step out onto the spacious upper terrace. From here you can enjoy unparalleled sea views across to the north shore coastline, with Lanzarote in the distance, not to mention the spectacular mountainous volcanic landscape.
The twin bedroom downstairs, also with fully fitted wardrobes, opens onto the rear garden; again offering views across to the Lanzarote. Quality patio furniture is provided.
There is a well appointed and modern bathroom on both the ground and first floors each with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and full size sink.
Both bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen area are fitted with ceiling fans and sliding patio doors to both the front and rear of the property. This, together the double glazed, opening windows and window shutters, ensures that the villa remains comfortable all year around.
In addition to extensive sea views and easy access to miles of unspoilt coastline, residents can enjoy the spacious landscaped grounds with villas set in ‘oasis areas’, each with its own swimming pools, children's paddling pools and tennis courts.

Owner's Tips...
Due to the location of the development, we would consider car hire essential although the nearest town of Lajares is only a five minute drive. There is a regular bus service throughout the island and taxi's are very reasonably priced.
Majanicho is a small fishing village totally devoid of any commercialisation. People who visit, come to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the bay, the extensive coastal walks and the stunning volcanic scenery. Sunrise and sunset are favourite times when the changing colours of the mountains can be breathtaking.
The villa itself is a 5 minute drive from the small town of Lajares. It has all amenities including local bars and restaurants, a well stocked supermarket, pharmacy and a French bakery selling the most delicious range of bread, cakes and pastries. The epicentre of water sport activity in the north of Fuerteventura, surfers, kite boarders and windsurfers are all catered for with both tuition and hire readily available. Several well equipped shops can supply you with just about all your 'water sport related' needs!
To the east of Majanicho lies Corralejo, only a fifteen minute drive. You can browse around the wide range of shops, enjoy the choice of restaurants and bars, or take in a show before returning to the tranquillity that Villa Bocaina's unique position affords.
To the west, also a fifteen minute drive, lies El Cotillo. A very relaxed Spanish fishing village also populated by people who come to enjoy the laid back way of life on the island. The beaches to the west are a must for all surfers and those wanting to enjoy the miles of stunning cliff top walks. the lagoons are popular with swimmers and sun worshippers who come to enjoy the safe sandy and sheltered beaches.
