Casa Lauren Anne is a lovely spacious villa on two floors built in 2006 to a supremely high standard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautifully fitted contemporary kitchen and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the sitting room. The master bedroom is ensuite and has French doors which open on to its own balcony overlooking the pool. The views from the property are magnificent ... the village of Benigembla has some of the best views in the entire Jalon Valley with majestic mountains forming a dramatic backdrop.
Casa Lauren Anne is situated on the outskirts of the village of Benigembla, approximately 15 minutes drive from Jalon town. The location is very peaceful and beautiful, with stunning views to the surrounding mountains. Nestling in the foothills of the Carrascal mountains, Benigembla is an ideal base for exploring the dramatic countryside and the coastline of the northern Costa Blanca. The villa has a neighbouring villa, Casa Grace Olivia (Property Ref. 6520), of exactly the same design and specification except a slightly smaller swimming pool. The villas are adjacent and each has its own swimming pool and terraces set in individual walled gardens to ensure privacy. The villas are reached by a lane from the village road. The lane is an access road to these 2 properties plus only 2 other villas, hence the area is quiet and tranquil. The village amenities are a 5 minute walk from the villas.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, ensuite shower room and air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 with double bed and air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have both air-conditioning (hot and cold) and ceiling fans. A hairdryer is supplied for guest use. Ensuite full bathroom to bedroom 1 with corner bath, separate walk-in shower, wc. Shower room between bedrooms 2 and 3 with wc. Downstairs cloakroom with wc.
Spacious contemporary luxury fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, microwave oven and table and chairs. Both villas have access to a laundry room on the lower ground floor which has a sink, drying area and washing machine.
Large open-plan sitting room and dining room with corner fireplace and french doors opening out on the "Naya" terrace overlooking the pool. Quality furnishings include two sofas, dining table (seating 6). Sky satellite TV, hi-fi and air-conditioning unit.
The swimming pool is 7 x 4 metres with roman steps and underwater lighting. Access is from the naya terrace or the front gardens. The terrace and gardens are level and walled and have one gate at the top of steps leading down to the utility laundry room. There are no gates at the driveway or pedestrian entrance at the front of the villa which lead out on to the quiet country lane (access road to this villa, Casa Grace Olivia and owners villa only).

Bookings are only available from Saturday to Saturday and in multiples of 7 night stays.
The rental prices include a full clean before your arrival, linen/towels are provided, as are pool/beach towels. Bookings of 2 weeks have a linen/towel change after 7 days.
Food essentials are not provided, but the owners will shop for these items prior to guest arrival for settlement at check-in.
A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.
We can accept payment by credit card.
Owner's Tips...
The nearest small shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance in the village including 2 bar/restaurants serving food and a Casa Rural supper room. There is a large choice of country restaurants within 15 minutes drive radius of the villa. Larger shops and El Rastro Saturday market in Jalon town. Wine-tasting bodegas in the next village, Parcent, and Jalon town.
