Los Delfines (in Spanish means Dolphins) is a modern and cleverly designed ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offering very comfortable accommodation for 5 persons.

The apartment is situated in the quality small development of Vista Bahia at Gran Alacant. There are 27 properties with secure access to the gardens and the development’s swimming pool and sun terraces.

The property is available all year for rental and Gran Alacant is an ideal destination for a winter sunshine break. The airport at Alicante is a 15-minute taxi ride away from Gran Alacant – with everything you need on hand to the property; you don’t even need to hire a car!

The beautiful beaches of Els Arenals de Sol - Elx are less than a 10-minute walk from Los Delfines and there are plenty of amenities of banks, shops, local market, restaurants, bars and a fitness club within a few minutes’ walk of the apartment. Alicante town is well worth a visit for elegant cafés, designer shops and well-known stores as well as the lovely marina with little street stalls on the boulevard behind. The historic town of Elche is a 10-minute drive, definitely worth a visit to amble through the old quarter and get a taste of the real Spain.

Kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Sitting room with sofa, dining table seating 4, TV (Spanish channels).

Large communal pool (10 x 5 metre) within view of the apartment's front terrace with ample room for sunloungers on the terrace and lawns which surround it. The complex has 27 apartments and the gardens are gated and secure.

Los Delfines is a superbly located property; within easy walking distance of beautiful beaches and with all the facilities you could wish within a few minutes’. The amenities at Vista Bahia are pristine with a superb communal pool close to the apartment

Holiday rental prices

Rental includes a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels. For bookings of 2 weeks, a linen and towel change is provided after 1 week. Los Delfines' housekeeper will meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment.

Refundable security damages deposit of £100 is payable in addition to the rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of departure once the apartment has been cleaned/changed over.

25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Alicante is the capital of the province and also the second biggest city within the Valencia region. A popular choice for English holidaymakers, Alicante has a great climate, beautiful sandy beaches and lots of fun for a holiday in the sun.

If you stay in Alicante, there are a number of places that are definitely worth a visit, and the first stop should be the Castillo de Santa Bárbara at the top of Monte Benecantil. From the top you can see amazing views of the coastline and the city, a sight not to be missed.

Owner's Tips

Banks, an English supermarket, second-hand bookstore, chemist, internet café, hair and beauty salon, fitness club, many bars and restaurants (Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Pizzeria, Steakhouse) within a few minutes walk of the apartment. There is a wonderful local street market (Thursdays) with dozens of stalls offering leather goods, shoes, clothes, linen, jewellery as well as fresh local produce, 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
