A private 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, located just a five minute drive from the town and beaches and close to the Tabaira centre which has a supermarket, shops & restaurants. Set in a quiet & peaceful area, with lovely views it is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday.
A large, private gated driveway leads into the grounds of the villa. The well-tended gardens with palm trees, citrus trees and flowering shrubs, offer good privacy yet at the same time superb open views of the surrounding countryside and down to the town and sea.
From the driveway, you walk up to the entrance of the the main villa, or follow the gently slopping pathway down to separate apartment. The pool terrace area provides ample garden furniture and sun-loungers. There are two further terraces and a barbecue area, ideal for daytime lunches or for evening alfresco dining.
You will enter the villa through a sun lounge with seating, leading into the main lounge which benefits from comfortable sofas and chairs, a log burning fire, satellite TV which includes Sky Sports, Sky Movies and all of the terrestrial UK channels, a DVD player and music system with ample popular DVD's and CD's. There is an archway leading to the dining area. A door from the lounge leads into a high quality newly fitted kitchen which is well equipped with an oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a microwave oven. A hallway from the lounge leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room. The bedrooms, one kingsize and one double, benefit from built in wardrobes and a high standard of bedroom furniture. The shower room is newly refurbished with a walk in shower and good quality facilities.
The entrance to the apartment is accessed from the pool terrace, this leads into a bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a kingsize bed, quality furniture and a music system. Through the next doorway you will find a large air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds, double sofabed, sofa, TV, DVD leading to an en suite shower room. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine. Los Gallos is ideally suited for couples or a family with teenagers as it's layout allows the privacy of two separate apartments for sleeping.
The pool which has roman steps at one end, is fully floodlit and wonderful for swimming late into the evening, Also in the evenings you will have the lovely view from the terraces of the lights shining from other villas situated all over Moraira and the lights glowing down in the town and beach area.

We will confirm your booking on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. A £200 refundable security deposit will also be required.
An exclusive location with beautiful coastline and great facilities including shopping, sports, a castle and great restaurants. Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.
Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.
There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.
Moraira is a beautiful coastal resort, situated on the Costa Blanca close to Calpe. There are many friendly bars and restuarant and excellent shopping. Moraira is a friendly, family resort with beautiful clean beaches and well maintained streets. Friday is market day. Moraira was until relatively recently a quiet fishing town and to this day still maintains part of its heritage.
