About Las Americas Apartment
The apartment was completely reburbished in June 2007. Double terrace apartment overlooking pool in very popular and sought after gated holiday complex in area of Torviscas, Las Americas. The apartments are centrally located within close proximity of many local bars shops and restaurants. They provide a good base from which to explore this busy resort.
The complex boasts two swimming pools with a sun terrace and pool bar. Offering a friendly welcome, in tasteful surroundings, the complex is ideal for couples and families. It is only a 10-minute walk to the beach with a pedestrian walkway to take you directly there. Close to shopping and nightlife, these modern, well-equipped apartments are surprisingly quiet once inside. The complex is about 10 years old and is kept to a very high standard. There is a mix of residents and holiday apartments, meaning everywhere is clean, quiet and tidy. Just outside the complex are bars, restaurants, café, shops etc.
This phase ll second floor apartment which has recently been fully redecorated has a large double terrace overlooking the pool with all day sun and is furnished with recently fitted sunblinds a large table, chairs, parasol and two sunbeds. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has every convenience. The new UPVC french doors can be fully opened to provide an open-air feeling.
The lounge has a new double sofa bed along with white cupboards and matching coffee table. The recently fitted 32 inch wall mounted English TV receiving BBC1&2, ITV, CH4, Eurosport and True movies. There is also a DVD player (on site DVD rentals available).
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a hob/oven microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker and ample cutlery and crockery for 4 people. There are some cleaning materials i.e. mop, bucket, broom and even an iron and ironing board.
The fully tiled bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower, vanity unit and toilet The bedroom has two single beds, plenty of hanging space in the built-in wardrobes, along with a large chest drawers. There is also a bedside lamp and a hairdryer complete the bedroom furnishings. A safe has been fitted which is free for our guests to use.

Owner's Tips
The beach is only 12 min walk and a couple more to the stunning Maria Puerto Colon. Sky Park 10 mins, Aqua park 15 mins. Famous San Eugenio shopping centre is 5 mins away. Numerous restaurants and bars within 2 min walk.

“Well what can I say we have stayed at Janet's apartment 3 time and have booked up again for next year 2010 it is nice and quiet and well located for a good supermarket, bars, and shops,the nearest is at the gate as you come in.The balcony is great as you have the sun all day and the apartment is very well equipped with a big fridge freezer to keep your drinks cold. The pool is only 1 floor down and there is no frighting for sun bed.I would recommend it to any one that wants to relax in the sun. I am disabled as I dont walk far, but it is Great for me.”

“This is an ideally situated apartment,very comfortable and clean. It has a lovely double balcony that catches the sun all day. Its close enough to Adeje & Las Americas for the restaurants,clubs & bars you might want,and far enough away for the quiet life if you choose. I'm on my third visit in april 2010.”
