La Palmeria is an exceptional “5 star deluxe” property. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury accommodation, the lower floor of a large private villa, has been superbly designed to a very high specification with full air-conditioning and central heating. Guests have exclusive use of the fabulous pool, gazebo, several dining and relaxation terraces and extensive landscaped gardens.

A Wi-Fi internet connection (for use with your own laptop) is available for guests.

The front door opens directly into the very spacious open-plan sitting room/dining room and quality kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual equipment. The double bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and the twin bedded room has an ensuite shower room. There are TVs in the sitting room and in the twin bedded room offering UK terrestrial channels and Sky freeview stations.

La Palmeria is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village of Orba between the Jalon Valley and the coastal resort of Denia. La Palmeria is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from Orba village with its good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. La Palmeria is accessed through a secure gateway providing lots of off-road parking on the spacious driveway.

Pool terrace with 8 x 4 metre pool (1.4 metre depth throughout) with roman steps and underwater lights, poolside gazebo, hammock, sunloungers, parasols. Steps down to sun terrace (very private) with swing seats, sunloungers. Choice of dining terraces with dining seating, BBQ and second gazebo with lighting for evening dining. Outdoor table tennis, skittles, inflatable castle with coloured balls ideal for young children.

We think this property is a rare find offering superb accommodation and facilities for one or two couples or the small family with superior and exclusive outdoor facilities.

Holiday rental prices

Prices include a full clean before your arrival, linen/towels, pool/beach towels, shopping service before your arrival. For stays of 2 weeks, a mid-term clean and linen/towel change is included.

A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

About Orba, Costa Blanca

Orba is situated at the head of the Orba Valley, which is renowned for its citrus fruits, thus making it green all year round. There are fiestas in the village in May and August. The surrounding villages have similar events from Easter onwards. These include paella days, fireworks, bull running, dancing in the streets, parades, music and a host of other activities.

This is a very beautiful part of the Mediterranean coastline with many sandy beaches and lots of sporting activities such as windsurfing, boating and golfing. Benidorm is a 30-minute drive away with its nightlife and many attractions. The beautiful old city of Valencia is a one-hour drive, and offers lots of cultural activities. There are also many famous beauty spots within easy reach.

Owner's Tips

Excellent beaches at Oliva and Denia within 20/25 minutes' drive.

Orba village has a very good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, 10 minutes walk. Jalon town with a superb choice of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, internet cafes, 15 minutes by car. Jalon Valley rustic restaurants at Alcalali and Parcent are within a 10-minute drive radius offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices.

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
