Villa Sanpedro is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is single storey. The property has a lovely south-facing naya enclosed seating area overlooking the pool and with superb views across to the mountains.

The villa and its gardens are on one level so consequently this property is very child-friendly. The property is immaculately maintained and very well-equipped. The outside areas are mainly gravel, the pool is 8 x 4 metres and kidney-shaped and the gardens are walled and gated.

The property is south facing and has fabulous views across the Jalon Valley to the mountains. The development is in a rural location between two villages, Alcalali and Orba, so is ideally placed for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location whilst being within very easy reach of all amenities including the 50 or so Jalon Valley rustic restaurants. The views from the villa are stunning and there are many country and mountain walks straight from the property. The nearest beaches are 25 minutes drive at Javea, Denia, Moraira and Calpe.

Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, ensuite shower room, ceiling fan and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and ceiling fan. Ensuite shower room to bedroom 1. Separate bathroom with wc.

The villa kitchen is fully equipped with split-level oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee-making machine.

Large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and dining and sitting room furniture for 6 persons, satellite TV and hi-fi and ceiling fan.

The sitting room doors open directly out on to the kidney-shaped swimming pool, 8 x 4 metres. The level garden and terraces make this property ultra child-friendly and suitable for the elderly and infirm. The only steps are from the gravelled driveway to the villa and pool terrace itself - there are 5 steps with a handrail to the front of the villa and 1 step as you enter the villa through the front door.

The villa is centrally heated which can be supplied off-season at an additional supplement of £45 per week. The property has a burglar alarm security system.

We can supply a cot upon request.

A welcome pack of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet tissue & soap is included.

Holiday rental prices

Rental prices include a full clean before your arrival, linen and towels plus a linen and towel change after 7 days for bookings of 2 weeks plus.

Under Occupancy Discount of 5% for 2 persons and for bookings of 2 weeks plus.

The villa is centrally heated which can be supplied off-season at an additional supplement of £50 per week.

A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

Changeover days are flexible.

Owner's Tips

The nearest restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the villa. El Nou Portet is highly recommended and offers innovative Mediterranean cuisine, good wines and a very warm welcome.
The nearest shops and bars are at Orba, 5 minutes by car, where there are good food shops, banks, ATM facilities, bars and different types of restaurants including Italian, Indian, English as well as Spanish. The foodie village of Alcalali is also 5 minutes by car, several extremely popular restaurants offering Menu del Dia incuding wine from around 12 euros per person.

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
