About the property

Villa Casa Sanjanevs is a detached single-storey villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room with dining area. The property is in large level gardens which are fenced and gated so this is a particularly child-friendly property in every way. The villa has off-road parking in the driveway, a covered porch and patio at the front and extensive outside terracing and furnishings in the rear gardens around the brand new swimming pool. The views are incredible from the gardens. The villa has a "front-line" National Park position with views across the Macizo del Caroig, an ancient mountain range of outstanding natural beauty.

The nearest small town, Moixent, is 10 minutes’ drive down the mountainside where there is an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants and a weekly local produce and clothing market in the square. The interior motorway between Valencia and Alicante is also 10 minutes’ drive from the villa making it an ideal spot for exploration. Valencia city is easily accessible by car (45 minutes) or by train from Moixent and the Mediterranean beaches are a one-hour drive.

Villa Las Cumbres (see separate listing) is situated on the same country development and is a few minutes’ drive away. Together these villas offer the perfect opportunity for 2 or 3 families to holiday together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge, and microwave oven. A freezer unit is situated in the garage.

Open plan sitting room/dining room with sofa, chairs, satellite TV showing BBC, ITV, C4, C5, plus DVD/video player, log burner, dining table and chairs to seat 6 persons.

The gardens are walled and gated. 6 x 6 metre pool, gazebo, BBQ, hammocks, swing seats, two dining areas each with table and chairs, sunloungers, large gardens with stunning front-line views to Parque Natural.

The rental prices include a full clean before your arrival and linen/towels are provided. Bookings of 2 weeks have a linen/towel change after 7 days.

The owner will meet you on arrival and show you around the villa. There is a villa information folder and the owner has excellent local knowledge of bars and restaurants and can recommend places to eat and drink. Food essentials are not provided, although the owner leaves local wine as a welcome to guests.

A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Nearest shops in Moixent town, 10 minutes by car, including great village patisserie, fresh fruit and vegetables, several supermarkets, butchers and pharmacy.

Larger shops and supermarkets in Canals, 20 minutes by car, and in Xativa, 25 minutes by car.

Nearest bars and restaurants in Moixent town, 10 minutes by car, all serving a lunchtime Menu del Dia, a 3 course meal with wine, for around 8 euros/£5 per person.

About us

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business

I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
