About the property

Villa George is a 5 year old luxury villa with private pool with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering accommodation for 6 persons. The villa is situated on the Monte Cid development, which is 15 minutes north of Alicante, beaches and resorts. The property is available all year for rental and is an ideal destination for a winter golf break. Alenda Golf Club and smart clubhouse restaurant is a 4-minute drive from Villa George.

Monte Cid is situated amongst the wonderful countryside of Monforte del Cid, and is only 15km along the motorway from Alicante. Smaller towns of Elche, Aspe and Novelda are about 10 minutes’ drive away.

Villa George is approached by a secure gateway on to the front terrace and pool area where there is also a driveway. A few steps from here lead up to the covered “naya” terrace where there is dining furniture for 6 persons. The front door opens into an open-plan sitting room, dining room with an archway through to the kitchen. A hallway leads from here to a double-bedded room, with ensuite full bathroom and shower, and to a twin-bedded room with separate shower room. Stairs lead from the sitting room to a twin-bedded room with ensuite full bathroom and shower. Patio doors from this bedroom open on to a very large roof terrace. The property is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and is well equipped.

Bedroom 1 with luxury double bed (memory foam mattress), fitted wardrobes (lower floor). Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes (lower floor). Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, doors to rooftop sun terrace (upper floor). Full bathroom with shower and WC (ensuite to double bedroom, lower floor). Separate lower floor shower room and WC. Full bathroom with shower and WC (en-suite to twin bedroom, upper floor).

Kitchen is well-equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher.

Open plan sitting room/dining room with sofas, dining table seating 6, TV (Sky Freeview plus UK terrestrial channels BBC1, ITV, C4, C5), DVD/video Combi player, hi-fi unit.

8 x 4 metre pool, pool terrace, secure gated gardens, driveway, covered naya terrace for dining overlooking the pool, extensive rooftop solarium terrace, secure off-road parking in driveway of villa. There are 6 sunloungers on the pool terrace and a further 6 sunloungers on the rooftop solarium terrace.

A welcome pack of water, wine, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet tissue & soap is included.

Prices include a full clean of the property prior to your arrival with linen and towels and a full welcome pack. For 2 week stays, a linen and towel change is provided after 1 week.

A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

We can accept payments by credit card.

About Alicante, Costa Blanca

Alicante is the capital of the province and also the second biggest city within the Valencia region. A popular choice for English holidaymakers, Alicante has a great climate, beautiful sandy beaches and lots of fun for a holiday in the sun.

If you stay in Alicante, there are a number of places that are definitely worth a visit, and the first stop should be the Castillo de Santa Bárbara at the top of Monte Benecantil. From the top you can see amazing views of the coastline and the city, a sight not to be missed.

Owner's Tips...

2 minutes walk to the development´s leisure complex with pool, bar serving snacks and selling basic provisions such as bread and milk.

Good choice of shops, bars and restaurants at Elche, Aspe and Novelda, 10 minutes by car.

Alenda Golf Club is a 4-minute drive. Alenda Golf was created in 1997 and offers a splendid 18-hole golf course, Par 72 and 6257 metres, on a mountain course with views down to the coast. The smart clubhouse has a restaurant, bar, cafeteria and golf shop. There is also a driving range and putting green.

The best beaches are from 15 minutes by car (at San Juan, Almadraba, Albufereta, Playa del Coco, Postiguet and Saladar).

About us

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business

I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
