About the property

This property is located in a unique location directly on a small beach just around the corner from the beautiful Flag Beach. Accommodation is private and comfortable and most of the rooms have spectacular ocean views, particularly the lounge which has patio doors leading out into the landscaped gardens, patio and pool area.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall and spacious living room with three sets of patio doors, a double sofa bed and Sky Tv with BBC and ITV channels and DVD player. Broadband internet access is available, free to guests, however you must take your own laptops and connect via the supplied ethernet cable. The dining area is complete with table and chairs. The compact but fully fitted kitchen includes oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker & iron. The bedroom accommodation consists of a twin with ensuite shower and washbasin and double with direct sea views and air conditioning. The family bathroom includes bath with shower over and toilet.

The solar heated swimming pool measures 5.5 x 3metres. The patio area has table, chairs & sunloungers and an outside shower. A storage room for watersports equipment is available and can be locked for security. A private garden path leads from the terrace directly onto the beach only metres away.

Rental price includes complimentary welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soft drinks, wine, water, snacks etc. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.

The property is right on the beach just a stones throw away from the waters edge and there is an excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing centre just 10 minutes walk away.
