About Casa Limon Xalo In The Jalon Valley

Casa Limon Xalo is in a private, quiet and elevated position on the mountainside above Jalon town with fantastic panoramic views over the Jalon Valley. The apartment is the lower floor of a private villa on the edge of a small development in a cul-de-sac position, hence is peaceful with no passing traffic.

The villa apartment is on the same level as a magnificent freeform shaped swimming pool of some 10 x 5 metres which is for the exclusive use of Casa Limon's guests. The view of the Jalon Valley across to the Sierra Bernia mountains is truly glorious.

The bright and airy apartment has a contemporary feel and is very well-furnished with 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin, spacious shower room, open plan living area with kitchen and dining area, satellite TV showing UK TV channels and Wi Fi internet.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. Spacious shower room with wc. Flyscreens fitted in both bedrooms.

Kitchen area of open plan living room is well-equipped with a cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, breakfast bar.

Sitting room with comfortable seating, satellite TV with UK TV channels, Wi Fi internet, ceiling fan.

The fabulous 10 x 5 metre freeform swimming pool is for exclusive use of Casa Limon's guests. Large pool terrace at apartment level with sunloungers, dining furniture, parasol, gas BBQ.

The owners live overseas and when they are in residence, stay in the upper part of the villa which is separate and quite private from the apartment. The owners offer exclusive use of the pool and pool terrace to guests which we think is a fantastic opportunity for the smaller family or couples at a great price. When the owners are not in residence, the villa upper terraces, one at the front and one at the rear of the property, are also available for the apartment guests.

Rental includes full cleaning, quality linen/towels plus pool/beach towels. For bookings of 2 weeks plus, linen and towel changes are provided.

Refundable security damages deposit of £100 is payable which is refunded by bank transfer as soon as the property is cleaned/changed over following your departure.

25% of rental as deposit will secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.

Arrival and departure days are flexible.

We can accept payment by credit card and by transfer to our UK bank account.

Owner's Tips

Jalon town is a 5-minute drive with a superb choice of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, excellent supermarket and bakeries, and famous Saturday morning riverside market. Jalon Valley rustic restaurants are within a 10-minute drive radius offering excellent food with lots of choice at good prices. Choice of large supermarkets are a 10-minute drive at Benissa. Beaches and resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are within a 20 minute drive. Best airports are Alicante and Valencia - 60 minutes drive and 75 minutes drive.

We think this villa apartment in the Jalon Valley is ideal for the couple or small family who want an exclusive pool and poolside facilities without a private villa price-tag (and what a pool!). The views are magnificent from the property and Jalon town's amenities are just a few minutes' drive or 15 minute walk down the hill.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).

“Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, we spent most of our time there as it was so relaxing and the view over the Jalon valley is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.”

“fantastic value for money with a wonderful pool, and beautiful setting in the mountains of the jalon valley, the views from the apartment are incredible and we loved the area - real spain!
the apartment was fine, although the lounge area is small and has no curtains or shutters for privacy, we did feel a bit on view, as the owners live upstairs and pass the lounge regularly
just a few 'little things' in the apartment may be a consideration for the owners, a full length mirror, a coffee table in the lounge, a frying pan in the kitchen and some tourist information, where to shop, eat and details of the wonderful flee market we stumbled across on saturday morning would be great, also some shading around the pool area would be perfect, a covered pergola or simular, there is no shade and the lovely pool area is in the sun all day, we loved the trip around the mountains to denia, which was buzzing with activity on friday evening and is a great classy town with lots of shops and eateries, also dining at pepi's just around the corner in alcalali was lovely (booking essential)
a car is essential here, the village below is walkable but almost killed us on the way back up in the heat! the owners had put some very welcome provisions in the fridge which was really appreciated and meant that we could enjoy the pool rather than have to go straight to the supermarket when we arrived, all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend limon to friends and family, angie of the real spain is incredibly efficient and we appreciated your great communications throughout, thank you angie!”

“Villa was exactly as advertised and we have no complaints re this as the location is beautiful.
However my partner and I are not night owls and the owners who live upstairs were a little bit noisy sometimes until 1-2 am ish which was a bit tedious for us. The owners have a late teens grandson living there and this may have been the reason but all in all the holiday was great.”

“Had a good holiday here. Appartment very clean on arrival and a welcoming pack above and beyond normally found. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The local area had excellent markets and the local restaurants were very reasonably priced with good food. Overall enjoyed ourselves.”
