About the property
This detached three bedroom villa is set in its own mature gardens with fruit trees and a fantastic split level swimming pool with two pools seperated by a waterfall and surrounded by a group of palm trees.
The villa was completely modernised in 2002 and has two great fully equipped bathrooms and a large family kitchen come breakfast room which adjoins an open plan dining room. You can sit on the swing chairs on the terrace and watch the boats sail by or sit and listen to the waterfall softly flowing.

About Salobreña, Costa Tropical
Situated on top of a hill by the sea with an imposing castle that is surrounding by fields of sugar cane. The town is a picture of beauty with it’s whitewashed buildings that dominate the hillside. Due to the good weather, social events are normally held outside, it’s not uncommon to see live music and shows at night, at the castle.
The main part of the town has modernised over the years due to the increase in tourism, so they’re plenty of place to eat and drink. For sports lovers the list is endless, however there is a new artificial reef under the waters to protect the marine life, so this may the ideal place to take snorkelling lessons.
Owner's Tips...
Granada is only 45 minutes drive away and you can send your days wandering amongst the old town or visiting the beautiful Alhambra Palace.
Malaga is only 1 hour away and definately worth a visit. Almunecar is only 10mins a way and is a traditional Spanish holiday resort with a good selection of tapas bars and restaurants.
