About Los Olivos In The Pego Valley, Costa Blanca
Villa Los Olivos is a detached villa with 2 bedrooms situated on the edge of a small quiet residential development on a hillside overlooking citrus groves and the village of Adsubia.
The property has a fitted modern kitchen, cloakroom and sitting room/dining room on the upper floor (road level). Stairs lead down to the bedroom and bathroom level and out on to the pool terrace. The property has a double bedded and a twin bedded room and has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and in the upper floor living accommodation.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and air-conditioning. Shower room on the lower floor (bedrooms level) with WC and bidet. Separate WC on the upper floor (living area).
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the separate lower floor utility room. Open-plan lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, freeview satellite TV, DVD player, air-conditioning. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 4 persons and kitchen is through archway off.
Steps lead from the lower floor (bedroom level) directly on to the pool terrace which is balconied and gated so completely safe for young children. There is an 8 x 4 metre private pool, stone-built BBQ, sunloungers, dining table and chairs, parasol.
The property has a security alarm for your peace of mind.
The satellite TV system is Sky freeview. Various news channels, shopping channels, Performance (arts), familar radio channels such as BBC radio 1, 2, 3, 4, World Service etc and Classic FM, Jazz FM.
Linens and towels are included and are changed weekly. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
A welcome pack of wine, water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet tissue, soap, washing up sponge/dishcloth & washing up liquid is provided.

Prices include a full clean of the property prior to your arrival and linen and towels. For stays of 2 weeks plus, we provide a weekly linen and towel change. We also provide pool/beach towels.
A cot and highchair can be available upon request.
A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.
We can accept payment by credit card.

Owner's Tips
Adsubia is 15 minutes drive from the Mediterranean resorts of Oliva and Denia. Adsubia has the usual small village amenities of small shops, bars and a particularly good restaurant. The town of Pego is 10 minutes drive from the villa and has an extensive choice of supermarkets, eating places, banks, internet cafes and shops.
There are excellent clean sandy beaches from approximately 15 minutes drive. We particularly favour Oliva, Piles and Gandia in the area of beaches north of Denia.
Turning inland from the villa, we highly recommend a drive into the Valle de Gallinera - the land of cherry trees and mountainside tapas bars serving fabulous local food.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).
What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).

“We really enjoyed our week's holiday at Los Olivos in the Pego Valley. It was very peaceful and has lovely views of the mountains - just what we wanted after a busy few months.
The pool was lovely and quite big for a private villa we both thought.
The villa was well equipped with what we needed for our stay and the shower was great.
The owner was very flexible in terms of our departure due to there being no incoming guests immediately after us. We had booked a late flight, and we were able to stay in the villa until 6pm on our departure date, for which we were very grateful.
I would certainly recommend this villa to anybody who is looking for a relaxing holiday away from it all.”

“Los Olivos was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing holiday in a picturesque area and that was what we got. The pool was great, and the main focus for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers), but we did drive up into the mountains on our way to Xativa, and make several forays to the beach at Oliva. The villa was well equipped and the aircon was great. Without it, we would have struggled in the heat at night. Another villa holiday is definitely on the cards, and you can't really go wrong with Los Olivos.”
