Casa Pelaro is a cut above the standard holiday villa. It used to be the owners' main home and is stylish, beautifully maintained and of a supremely high standard of presentation, furnishings and equipment.

The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors; entrance to the property on the upper floor with entrance hallway, kitchen and sitting room, steps down to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and separate outside access to the lower floor 4th bedroom and shower room. The swimming pool is accessed from the middle floor via a terrace or directly from the master bedroom. The villa is furnished in a contemporary style with high quality stainless steel kitchen, glass wash handbasins in the luxury bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, shower room ensuite, french doors to pool terrace (middle floor). Bedroom 2 with twin beds (middle floor). Bedroom 3 with twin beds (middle floor). Optional Bedroom 4 twin beds (lower floor).

Ensuite shower room to bedroom 1 with shower, wc. Full family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet. En-suite shower room to bedroom 4 with shower, wc. Upper floor cloakroom (living accommodation).

Luxury contemporary fitted kitchen with marble worktops, oven, stainless steel hob/extractor, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, glass dining table seats 6. Washing machine in the lower floor annexe, adjacent to bedroom 4.

The sitting room is open-plan and is a step down from the kitchen. Double doors open on to a small balcony overlooking the pool with views over the citrus groves and further double doors lead to a covered dining terrace with table and chairs seating 4/6. Satellite TV including UK terrestrial channels.

A staircase leads from the entrance hallway down to the lower floor of the villa (3 bedrooms with bathroom and shower room). There is a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Access from lower floor (bedroom level) to side terrace and through gated entrance to pool terrace with sunloungers, parasols, outside dining furniture, parasol. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres with roman steps and underwater lighting. There is access to pool terrace also from the master bedroom.

Towels and linen are changed weekly, the property is cleaned prior to your arrival and a welcome pack is provided (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, wine, fruit juice, bread, eggs).

Holiday rental prices

The villa is available as a 3 bedroomed option (sleeps 6) or a 4 bedroomed option (sleeps 8). Prices shown are for the 3 bedroomed main villa and there is a supplement of £50 or £100 per week for the additional 4th bedroom and ensuite shower room.

If you take the 3 bedroomed option, please note the whole villa is exclusively for you and we do not rent the 4th bedroom.

A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 business days of your departure by BACS transfer.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.

Rental includes a full clean before your arrival, quality linen and towels and welcome pack. Weekly linen and towel change for stays of 2 weeks plus.

We can accept payment by credit card.

The owners will meet you at the property to show you around and tell you about the local area, etc.

The nearest small shops are in Adsubia village, 5 minutes by car. There are larger shops and supermarkets in Pego town, 10 minutes by car. The nearest bars and a highly recommended restaurant (La Moleta) are in Adsubia village, 5 minutes by car. In addition, there are many bars and restaurants in Pego town, 10 minutes by car, and on the coast and throughout the Jalon Valley, 15 minutes by car.

I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
