Villa Rosa Roja is situated in a quiet area close to the pretty village of Playa Blanca. The villa has the benefit of a private pool and satellite TV.
There are two spacious bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and electric fans. The two luxury marble bathrooms, one en-suite both have showers one in the bath and the other is a walk in shower.
The comfortable lounge is furnished with luxury leather sofas and stylish tasteful furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The washing machine is located in the utility room for your use.
There is seating in the alfresco dining area for up to 10 people which is ideal for those sunset BBQ's with the family.
The 8x4m pool is electrically heated and sun loungers are provided to relax with a good book or large glass of wine.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
