About the property

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Playa Flamenca in the Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca.

Furnished to a high standard. Large lounge/diner with 2 sofas, satellite TV, video, DVD, music centre, coffee tables, table and chairs for 6, large dresser storing a selection of books, games, DVD's, videos and CD's for your use.

Two additional folding single beds can be used in the lounge or one in each of the upstairs bedrooms.

Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A washing machine is upstairs. Iron and ironing board supplied.

Large master bedroom has king size bed and is fully furnished with a furnished balcony. Two fully furnished twin rooms. Upstairs bathroom has bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and vanity wash basin. Downstairs shower room with toilet and basin.

Large roof-top solarium is accessed by internal marble staircase with sea view, fully furnished and has a barbeque. Terraces on two sides of the house, overlooking the communal pool and garden, furnished with table and chairs.

All rooms have ceiling fans, free standing fans and heaters. Cotton sheets provided. Towels for use in the house supplied.

A payment of 70€ is payable to the keyholder on arrival for cleaning after departure.

Deposit of £100 payable to secure booking, refundable within 28 days subject to confirmation from keyholder that everything is in order. Full payment due 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

Owner's Tips...

The house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. 3 prestigious golf courses within 5km, many others just a short drive away.

The area has everything needed for either a family holiday or a golf holiday. Close by you will find a water park, shopping centres, fun fair, go-karting, tennis courts, museums, nature reserve, bowling and all kinds of water sports. A little further afield are theme parks, safari parks, mountain walks, historic towns and traditional spanish villages.
