About the property
If peace and quiet is what your after then Casa Jazmin is just what your looking for. This villa is located on the coast road between the resorts of Calpe and Moraira on the Costa Blanca. It is set in a quiet location 10 minutes drive from each resort, where blue flag beaches and all the main amenities can be found. The garden and pool area are not overlooked and are very private.
The villa is set in it's own mature gardens and is ideal for two parties sharing one property. The villa is built on a massive 2100m² plot. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 2 kitchens and 2 lounges and a naya.
The accommodation comprises of two levels, each with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully fitted kitchen. The villa benefits from the upper and lower levels both being self contained. This means that two families could have there own private part of the villa if they wish. Shared between the properties is a spacious family room / lounge area with TV with Sky satellite (over 150 channels) available in the main house and a UK region DVD player in the main house. Leading to the terrace and pool area is a covered naya.
The accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 people. There is a cot available on request.
The terrace area overlooks the private pool, which is complete with sun loungers, patio furniture and an outside kitchen with barbecue. Situated in a secluded wooded area the villa is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens and grounds. The villa is 400mtrs off the coast road.
The villa has its own private entrance and off road car parking for several vehicles.
There are plenty of quiet shaded areas in the 2100 m2 plot. Plenty of parking spaces are available for up to 6 vehicles.

Owner's Tips...
There is a small cove approx 600 mtrs down the hill from the villa. Also if you follow the coastal path on the right of the cove, a five minute walk will bring you to a very nice small sandy beach with a bar. Both are accessible by car. There are larger beaches in Calpe or Moraira that are only a ten minute car journey.
There is a large supermarket and a number of bars and restaraunts within walking distance of the villa. There are many bars and restaurants close by on the coast road
There are numerous very large supermarkets in Calpe such as Caprabo, Mercadona and Lidl etc.
Help with transfers, flights & car hire can be arranged.
