This lovely apartment is located on the exclusive development of Aloha Gardens. Designed & created to provide an ideal holiday venue for both families & golfers. Located in the beautiful Las Brisas golf valley in the exclusive residential area of Puerto Banus, 3km from Marbella.

Has 3 pools main, childrens (refurbished Sept 06) & a 3rd pool which is covered & heated during the winter months.

This is a very spacious apartment (135 sqm internally & 60 sq meteres of terraces). The propertty comprises of fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, spacious living/dining area leading onto furnished terrace over looking main pool. Comfortably furnished with Sky TV, Spanish availalbe, DVD, Playstation + games.

Two bedrooms, main bedroom has en-suite bathroom, guest bathroom adjacent to 2nd bedroom. Stairs lead up to fabulous roof terrace (furnished). All linen towels (beach towels) are provided. Linen changed on 2 week stay. Cleaning is available cost to be paid locally. Local agent on site.

For a small charge the sports facilities of tennis football & basketball are available. Bar & restaurant on site with 9 restaurants (bars as well) with in a 5 min walk. Opencor supermarket (24/7) 5mins walk great for picking up supplies no matter what time you arrive & for getting fresh bread everyday.

About Nueva Andalucía, Costa del Sol

Situated to the west of Marbella, visitors to Nueva Andalucia often go to play for the golf. There are a wide range of golf and country clubs in the local area that are set within stunning scenery and the courses are designed to a very high standard. The nearby beaches are safe and clean and there are many watersports to try out if you don’t want to relax in the sun.

Street markets are big in this area and the one in Nueva Andalucia is held next to the bullring on Saturday mornings. It’s recommended you go early as they’re are always bargains to be had.

Being so close to Marbella and Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia is an excellent place to stay if you´re looking for a fun, active holiday with lot´s of activities to choose from. Alternatively you can read a book on the beach and soak up the Mediterranean sun.

Owner's Tips...

Aloha Gardens is perfectly located as it combines the tranquilty of a residential area together with good night life. As I said there are 9 restaurants , bars Pedros bar next to Aloha Gardens is great, and supermarkets within wakling distance. Prado 23 excellent, Mings does an excellent take away. The Pepper Room, a little further down the road for a great breakfast is Deli-cious my favourite is Yanx's near the bullring fab pancakes always go on a Saturday & get the fun of shopping at the famous Puerto Banus Saturday market & my pancake fix.

Puerto Banus is a must lots of restaurants Picasso's Jacks The Piano Bar Pravda and many more. One of my favourites places for a long lunch is Victors Beach bar on the way to Marbella turn right at the big stone.

There is plenty to do head for the great beaches at Puerto Banus or Marbella, day trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, Granada, Sevilla the lovely town of Ronda Mijas villages. The waterparks near Fuengirola brilliant day out for everyone. Horse riding, boat trips, fishing trips and lots more.....
