The apartment has communal gardens with a large communal pool and a childrens paddling pool. The pool is not heated but during the hot summer months this is very refreshing. Lots of sunbeds are around the pool and these are free of charge.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is a lift which will take you directly to your front door.

The apartment is frontline and is situated in one of the most sought after areas in Calpe. Stunning views from the balcony overlooking the marina and situated adjacent to the Peñon de Ifach. Calpe is located North of Alicante and around a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport or around 90 minutes from Valencia.

Gated access to apartment block. Video entry system. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people and has two double bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes), two bathrooms (towels are provided), living room and dining area leading to balcony overlooking the marina. Cots can be provided on request at an additional charge of £10pw.

There is a modern fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Air conditioning and central heating are installed.

There is a television in the apartment which will receive Sky TV - in order to view this you will need to bring your own Sky card with you. If you do not wish to do this or do not have Sky there is a DVD player in the apartment, we provide a selection of DVDs which you could watch if you prefer to have an evening in. There is also a sterio system within the apartment - again a selection of CDs are available within the apartment.

Private garage parking is available under the apartment block and is charged at an additional £15 per week.

Owner's Tips...

2 minutes walk from nearest beach. The three beaches at Calpe are all blue flag certified and two are extremely beautiful and large.

This apartment is ideally situated for restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and the beach all within walking distance.

The area of Calpe has a fabulous old town with numerous good restaurants and bars, also a fantastic high street with shops and bars. One of the beachs runs along the bottom of the high street.

The apartment is also in a prime location for keen scuba divers and fishing.

Situated close to Benidorm, just 20 minutes drive away, where you have the largest the water park in Europe, Aqualandia, the famous Disney park of Terra Mitica and the newly opened Terra Natura Park (Safari). For those without a car, Benidorm can also be reached by a boat which departs from the marina opposite the apartments. You can also take a trip on the glass bottom boat from the marina to enjoy looking at the marine life from a safe environment - the trip lasts 45 minutes and is 12.50 Euros for adults and 10 Euros for children.

For those with a head for heights you can ascend the famous Calpe rock, the views from the top are stunning.

A 9 hole golf course is a 20 minute drive away on the road to Benissa. If you wish to have a golf lesson whilst on holiday let us know before you go and we can arrange this for you with the golf professional at the course, a discount is available on the lesson if you are staying at our apartment.

For those visiting without a car - the closest supermarket is approximately 150 meters away supplying wine/beer/cheese/meat/water etc.

The local Japanese restaurant provides both entertainment (from the waiters!) and excellent food.

On Sundays the Spanish come to visit the local fish restaurants (a 2 minute walk from the apartment) - truely a family affair! - free Sangria is on offer from the restaurants whilst you decide where to eat!!!
