About the property
Villa Urgell is a beautiful rustic villa with typical Spanish tower feature and large garden. It is located on the hillside on the Torre Vella Estate some 3 kms inland from Estartit and the beach.
Accommodation is on 2 storeys with the entrance hall being on the upper floor together with a shower room, the kitchen, and spacious living/dining room. This room has direct access to a large terrace which has spectacular sea views and is well equipped for al fresco dining with tables, chairs and barbeque.
Downstairs there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, plus a further shower room with w.c. All the bedrooms have terraces which lead to the garden and the private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres.
The Torre Vella Club with restaurant and bar is located on this estate but a car is needed for beach and town.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips...
Estartit has a beautiful 5 km stretch of golden sandy beach. There is also a marina. It has plenty of restaurants and shops. It is the premier diving resort on the Mediterranean.
