Nicely furnished studio apartment. The apartment sleeps 2/4 people with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed. There is a new kichen area and bathroom. There ia a sea view from the balcony.

Guests can use the pool and tennis courts. This is a quiet complex but in a central location with plenty of nightlife nearby. There are two beaches close by as well as a supermarket and several restaurants.Laundry facilities are available in the complex.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

TheJersey Cow pub has great live music every night and is on site. Restaurants in the area are very reasonable and entertainment is free. The nearby casino is very good. There is a jazz club close by.
