This delightful property is in immaculate order and offers really good value for a property of this superb standard. The property is set in its own beautiful private & secluded gardens, with an abundance of tropical plants & shrubs. Villa Joycena offers high quality accommodation and tasteful furnishings for a superb holiday.

There are 3 attractive double bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms. The lovely new kitchen is well equipped with attractive units, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom & shower room are all new and the property is maintained to a very high standard indeed. The pool area is beautiful, and there is everything that you will need for relaxing days in the sun. Sun loungers and swinging hammock are provided to give maximum comfort and luxury. There are several areas suitable for dining, and one particular feature of the property is a super dining area, where there is shade under the pergola, which is surrounded by an attractive terrace, planted with many tropical plants. Guests can enjoy long lazy days by the pool, & enjoy a barbecue for lunch or dinner.

The villa is also only a few minutes away from Denia's lively town with colourful shops & lovely sandy beaches. There is a restaurant within 8 minutes walking distance. Sky satellite TV, BBC etc.

The owners of this property, who live in the village, provide a reliable babysitting service.

About Denia, Costa Blanca

The historic town of Denia offers a somewhat quieter holiday than some of the nearby resorts. There are many beautiful buildings to be seen including the castle that sits high above the town itself and the old quarter near the fishing port.

The town has a couple of beaches, so whether you fancy snorkelling off the rocks, or lazing in the sun, the choice is there. For the more active, ferry trips to the Balearics are available and of course you can always hire a car and discover the wonderful coastline.

Owner's Tips...

Beaches, bars & restaurants: Our villa is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Denia, with its beautiful sandy beaches, marina and lively bars, cafes and shops. The port area which is very cosmopolitan, again, with many good reasonably priced restaurants, many on the sea front. There is the town of Denia, with its picturesque narrow streets, tapas bars, castle, indoor and outdoor market, shops, etc. The surrounding area is very pretty and is very upmarket.

Sightseeing: There are many areas to explore which are not far away. A drive to the fortress (Guadalest) with narrow cobbled streets, shops, and wonderful views. Terra Mitica is our new Theme Park, really upmarket and a must for all the family. An evening pass is available in the Summer months at a reduced rate and is extremely good value. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal water park are also within easy reach. There are the Caves at Benidoleig and a Safari Park within easy driving distance. Take a trip for lunch to the lovely Jalon Valley, a very scenic drive to many Spanish Villages.

Golf Courses, Watersports etc: There are golf courses which have excellent driving ranges etc. La Sella is particularly good which is 18 holes, designed by a top golf pro. An attractive club house where lunch, dinner and tapas can be enjoyed, even for non players. Water sports are available along the seafront. These include windsurfing, jet skiing etc. Boats can also be hired.
