Villa Mar y Montana is a very attractive linked villa for 8/10 persons with a large private swimming pool and an excellent situation on the Rocamaura mountain overlooking Estartit and the sea.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a sunny terrace leading off and an independent kitchen with dining area.
There is a covered porch next to the pool and in addition to this there is a private garage. A car is required for beach and town.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips...
This villa is 1 km from the town of Estartit which has plenty of restaurants, shops and a 5 km stretch of beautiful golden sandy beach. Estartit is the principal diving resort on the Mediterranean.
